Abstract
An interview with Jenna Harris. She is an accomplished attorney who specializes in the entertainment, fashion, music, media, and arts industries. With extensive experience in handling complex business disputes, Jenna provides integral legal counsel to her clients on transactional matters and federal and state court litigation involving copyright, trademark, branding, and contract issues. Jenna has represented and counseled clients on a wide range of disputes, including corporate and entertainment litigation, intellectual property enforcement, licensing, brand development, and First Amendment matters. As dedicated as she is to her clients, Jenna makes time to give back to her community through outreach and pro bono work. Jenna actively volunteers with Volunteer Lawyers & Professionals for the Arts (VLPA) and was formerly a Chair of the Entertainment and Sports Law Section of the Tennessee Bar Association. Demonstrating both passion and expertise in her field, Jenna unwaveringly tackles a broad range of complex issues for her clients.
