Abstract
This Article will examine the success and failure of past and present boundary lines and advances in cyberspace anonymity systems, and will consider the future of non-remailer anonymity in cyberspace such as possible peer-based anonymity message alternatives like Gnutella and Crowds. Furthermore, this Article will propose a template for a new generation of cyberspace anonymity that provides continuous, free, unlimited true anonymity to the masses through remailers while shielding the operator from liability and enabling governments to track and catch anonymous abusers.
