Abstract
This comment will examine the unique problems orbital debris has created for the international legal community by examining the current status of the international legal regime and its adequacy in dealing with the orbital debris problem. This comment will attempt to sharpen the image of the expanding mass looming in Earth orbit and its threat to the future analysis and action to address the pollution of outer space.
