Abstract
This commentary will examine the unique problems GMOs have created for the international legal community by looking at the newly drafted Biosafety Protocol and its adequacy in dealing with agricultural biotechnology. This commentary will also focus on the Protocol’s effect on national regulations and multi-national trade.
