Abstract
This Article first examines post-TRIPS IP industry strategies. It then goes on to discuss two prominent opposition campaigns: agriculture and plant varieties, and access to essential medicines, particularly in regard to HIV/AIDS drugs. This Article then offers brief conclusions.
