Abstract
The rapid growth of cybercrime poses significant challenges to the international legal framework, revealing gaps in both remedy and protection. This Note examines the rise of cybercrime and its causes, and highlights the inadequacies of current international legal mechanisms. This Note will do so by delving into three prominent case studies to illustrate these challenges and will provide possible solutions to these issues.
