Abstract
This article will focus on the path that Poland has chosen to facilitate foreign investment, as well as analyze specific legislation enacted to govern the process. Legal obstacles and benefits are examined, as is the application of the legislation to specific foreign investment procedures. The conclusion of the article will discuss the probability of Poland’s success or failure based upon the current course of the privatization process.
